23-Year-Old Killed in Early Morning Car Crash

A normal Monday morning quickly turned deadly for an unlucky 23-year-old man. Michael Rudolph, known as “Nate” by friends and family, was less than a month away from celebrating his 24th birthday when he was tragically killed in a car accident.

Police reports indicate that the driver of a Toyota Corolla slammed into a Chevy Impala after blowing through a red light at the intersection of 83rd Street and Yates Boulevard. The driver of the Chevy Impala was identified as Rudolph. Witnesses of the crash made efforts to save Rudolph, but their heroics were no match for the devastation of the wreck.

When a family loses a loved one due to a third party’s negligence, it can be devasting. But it is also critical to seek legal help during this period. There is compensation that can be won through a personal injury lawsuit, but certain steps need to be taken. It is important to have an attorney represent the victim during the traffic hearing, in the event that citations were issued. Also, the more time that passes, the more likely witnesses are to forget details so contact an attorney as soon as possible.
